My client is reporting getting this error uploading to his site.  Anybody got any idea what might be causing this?

 

Once again the error is:  Flash: The upload task is interrupted. htto 401

 

Does it happen to every user?

 

Can you ask you client try the following example?

So, it seems that the upload used to work.  Since then the directory that the Maintenance utilities for the website were password protected.  After that, the error started occurring

I think your site is disabled the Anonymous User. Please set allow anonymous user and try again.
