if i type this "<!--#include virtual="/FSCWebsite/GUI/Forms/SpecialRequests/recthanks.aspx" -->" into the html editor and then save it is stripped out and i save nothing? this happens on your demo too. is there some setting i need to change or was this update in the latest build? i believe i'm running 4.0.0.6

the result is :

yes, i should have been more clear, the users do not have a submit button. They have to go back to normal mode and click save which does not work. More specifically it only does not work when it is the first thing on the page.
