We've had several users report that they are getting  the white box with an x in it when adding a picture or a file. 

 

When I go to the HTML view, I notice this:

When I correct it to http://www.epsilen.com/Myportal/Public/ImageBackgroundProcess.aspx and then delete both instances of amp;; the document renders successfully.

 

Any assistance would be appreciated.

If it works for you, please set Editor.UseSimpleAmpersand Property  to true.
