    This command is not supported

    Hello,

We are using cuteeditor version 6.6.0.0.
Recently we tested our application on windows 7.
There seems to be a problem with the TemplateItemList "InsertOrderList" when CE is used from a showModalDialog. The error arrises "This command is not supported". URL: CuteSoft_Client/CuteEditor/Load.ashx?type=script&file=IE_Loader

Is there a way we can solve this problem?

Re: This command is not supported

Please change "InsertOrderList" to "InsertOrderedList" and test it again.

    Hi Eric,

    Thanks for your reply.

Sorry for the typo. Of course it is "InsertOrderedList".
The strange thing is it doesn't happen all the time. But most of the time.
Just today I tested it again and removing the templateitem "InsertOrderedList" isnt a workaround cause the problem still persists.
It looks like it has to do something with timing.

    Regards,
    Arnold

Re: This command is not supported

    Hi,

I tried to make a demo to reproduce the behaviour. Our site is intranet and contains classified data. Therefor I am unable to share. Which makes it hard to find the problem. I was unable to reproduce the behaviour in a simple demo.

However we think we may have found a workaround.

The modal window with the CE is closed by clicking a button. That button generates client side code to close the window. By using a delay before the modal window gets closed it seems that their is enough time and the error doesnt occure anymore.

    Regards,
