    Cannot open uploaded file of user from "Manage>Find Chat Records" (Administrator)

    Hi adam,
     
    When user shared a file to operator, the administrator can see the uploaded file as screen shot below (Manage>Find Chat Records)
     
     
     
    But when tried to open the uploaded file, I got this error message "Navigation of the webpage was canceled".
     
    Can you help me what is the issue?

    Do you have problems with all *.jpg files or just this particular one?
     
    Are you sure it is a true .jpg file?

    Hi adam,
     
    Not only jpeg files, i cannot open any file shared(.png, .docx, .txt ) in Chat logs from Manage>Find Chat Records. 
     
    The operators can open and access the files at the time shared.
     
    As Administrator, i should be able to open from Mange>Find Chat Records but  I am not able to. 
     
    When I click on the file shared, a new browser window opened and have this message "Navigation to the web page was canceled".

    Hi AYM,
     
    It is not a livesupport issue. It is a browser security problem.
     
    1. Try on another pc/borwser
     
    2. Reset all IE security setting and try again.

    Hi Ken and Adam,
     
    I was a bit caught up with my other works and couldn't explore what you have suggested. I still cant open the uploaded file from console.
     
     I have another question on chat users uploaded files.
     
    Where do they store?
     
    If I can't open from "Manage>Find Chat Records"> Individual chat history, where else can i check them?
     
    Please let me know.
