SupportFeedback.aspx does not behave as expected

I have filled out the Name, Address, Subject, and Message and then push the Submit button. I would expect the popup to close and email sent. However, the popup still stays open and email only contains the name and the address, subject and message seem to be empty. Is this a known issue?

Hi,

I don't know what happened to you.

Please check the SupportFeedback.aspx,

It do not contains code to clear the subject/message .

Please try to modify it , and find the reason.
