Fit to window appears behind our application menu

I am using ASP menu which is inside a div tag with z-index set to 100. If I click on Fit to window option in CE it appears behind the menu. Is there any way we can set the Z-index for the editor when it is in "Fit to window" mode.

The Editor Zindex is set to 7777 in full page mode. Can you change your application and make the Zindex is smaller than 7777?
