Operator Map Image and [ProcessInstruction] tag

Can you tell me how I can get rid of the Map in the operator screen? Also, how do I get rid of the [ProcessInstruction] tag from the greeting message it seems to append it to the greeting message? (See snapshot above)

We will add a new option to allow you disable the map in the operator screen.

I think this tag is input by the operator.

Please create a new greeting message then try again.

We are also seeing the [ProcessingInstruction] tag in some of our canned messages. We found that pressing the backspace prior to sending the canned message caused it to disappear. From looking at the snippets.xml, it appears that this might be the result of additional html/xml tags from cutting/pasting Word formatted HTML when creating the canned message. I am currently researching if manual editing of the snippets.xml will resolve this, and will report back when I know more.
