When I use the cute editor in a minimized state, as in the example you provide for using it as a file manager (height=1, width=1), the cute editor renders much larger for a second on page load, then resizes itself, thereby causing a pushdown of the whole page for a second before it shrinks again. I know that might seem a small thing, it just detracts from a site that attempts to use ajax and avoid page refreshes and hiccups in general. There must be somewhere in the rendering code where I can set the render size on load?
