Why is the toolbar HTML generated for the CodeViewToolbar view (HTML link at the bottom of the editor) different than the toolbar HTML generated for the normal toolbar (Normal link at the bottom of the editor)? For example, it doesn't show separators between items.

You can use the following property to create your own code view toolbar list and add the separators yourself:

Editor.CodeViewTemplateItemList Property

The toolbar items used in the editor Code View going to this string. Example CodeViewTemplateItemList="Save,Print,Cut,Copy,Paste,Find,ToFullPage,FromFullPage,SelectAll
