need help locating and removing "<BR>"

Hi,

I am new to the world of cute editor and looking for advice to do the following:

1 - determine whether the cursor is on a blank line

2 - if so, delete that blank line

Thank you VERY much in advance for your help.

You have to remove the <br /> tag in the html view.
