Search dialog box is missing in Vista

The line marked with red is missing in Vista. It is very vital for my customers because there are tons of images and knowing their names is almost impossible so they are looking for a part number.

Search function is not supported in the file browse dialog.

Hi,

IFrame/Silverlight mode support search box, but Flash mode not.
