IF yes, what version of IE is minimum requirement. Is it tested?

CuteEditor needs Internet Explorer 5.5+.

If the client is not using Internet Explorer v5.5 or above, then a normal <TextArea> tag will appear instead.

If you do need a edior for MAC, please consider find a JAVA editor.

CuteEditor works perfectly on MAC with Safari.

We have tested CuteEditor 2.1 on a MAC system using Safari 1.2, and it worked perfectly with Wysiwyg funtionality.
