Does anybody know if there is a way to have the Font Name and Font Size preselected in the dropdown when the editor loads.  My users have a configuration that stores their preferred font and size, and I want to make that the active choices when the editor first comes up, instead of making them select it from the dropdown every time.  Is this possible?

Yes. It's possible.

You will need to modify the source code. Do something like:
