UseHTMLEntities does not convert € character

Hello,

I want to use the € sign from the special characters popup, but the € sign does not convert to € in the HTML code.

Can you tell me how to fix this?

Henk,

We are investigating this issue and will fix it as soon as possible. For the time beijing, please convert € to € in the server side.

Stupid Windows-1252 is the key.
