Error 'Could not load file or assembly '

I reloaded the newest build of Cute Chat Standlone on a clean machine sql 2005 & IIS 6. Here is what I get:

Could not load file or assembly 'CuteChat.AppCode, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

please help me...
