Enabled property not working?

I have created a page with the cutesoft editor and set the enabled property to false on page load. The font dropdowns in the toolbar are greyed out but the other buttons are still selectable, and I can still enter text in the text are itself.

I note that I am using ver 5.1.

Try set the following property to true:

Editor.ReadOnly Property

Specify whether the content is readonly
