more errors running LiveSupport, please help!

    Hi,

I was able to finally add users to my live operators without a problem, but now I am having a bunch of other problems.

    1) When a live operator is connected, and you go to the site to see the status image, it just switches between available & unavailable everytime you refresh the page, even though the operator has never logged out.

    2) The same thing happens above when I change a setting in the administration console. For example, I changed the timeout to 600 seconds, but when I click update, it goes away. If  I refresh, it goes back to 600.

    3) I tried starting a test chat session, and I got the following error on the client site:

Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_CuteSupportCustomer'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.CuteSupportCustomer'. The statement has been terminated.

I thought this was because I had tried to test with that same customer name, but it is giving me the same error for every name I try.

Please help so we can continue our trial of this software!

    Thank you,

    Subhash

    Adam,

Thank you for your reply, but I was able to figure out the problem. I had originally added the LiveSupport application under our Default Application Pool, and I think that is what was causing the problem.

Once I changed it to it's own application pool, everything seems to work fine!

    Thanks again,
