Hi,

We are using CuteEditor5.3 with .net framework2.0. If i enter the special character in the editor, i want the Unicode value as output.

Eg. If i enter the symobol ®, output of this character should be "®" like this. Is there any property or method available for this?

Editor.UseHTMLEntities Property

By default Cute Editor maps most special characters to the equivalent HTML entity automatically. You can turn it off by setting this property to "false".

Hi,

If i enter the symobol ®, output of this character should come like "®". Though i set Editor.Usehtmlentity=true, required output is not coming. When we use version 5.1 it was working fine. Now we have upgraded to 5.3.

Hi,

please ignore previous thread. becuase if i enter the unicode equivalent of the character in the editor, it is converted to the special character itself.

If i enter the symobol ®, output of this character should come like amp#174;. Though i set Editor.Usehtmlentity=true, required output is not coming. When we use version 5.1 it was working fine. Now we have upgraded to 5.3.
