How can i call a c# event(function) for custom button added to toolbar?

I am able to call javascript function with this line:

ctr4.Attributes["onclick"]="ShowMyDialog(this)";

I would like to have a custom image button added to toolbar and link to a c# event . The above code creates a html button

The logic is same.

Button hello=new Button();

Just change the Button control to Image Button control.
