Multiple instances of CuteEditor

Is there a way to set multiple instances of the control (like on a form with many fields) but have just one "controlling header" at the top of the page?

How about the editor with no toolbar, but design your own toolbar with only a few buttons (bold, font, size, etc) and "hot" buttons to apply those attributes?
