Upload image only - no library

I would like my users to be able to add images within the edtior, but I want to turn off the library feature.

i.e. whenever they click 'add image', the only option they have is to upload a local image and there is no option to select those that exist already on the server.

Is this possible?

This feature is not supported yet. The similar request has been sent by other clients before. We will include it in the next release.
