My install of CuteEditor for ASP is on IIS 6.  I have my pages working the way I want, except that Undo and Redo do not function on the pages I have produced using code I have seen in yours.  The other buttons appear to work as they should, but I have not tried every one.  My pages are loaded in frames, and when I load my pages without frames, Undo and Redo work fine.  The two functions shut down when the page appears in a frame.  When I load your page default.asp in the same frame, the same thing happens -- Undo and Redo do not work.
