When I am trying to upload an image or document to the server. If the same file has already exist in the folder, the cute editor does not allow me to upload the file, Is there a way to allow user to overwrite existing file on the server, meaning always allow uploading to the server even the file already existed.

 

Anyone has any suggestion on this?

If the CuteEditor security policy file, you find the following setting:
 
<security name="OverWriteExistingUploadedFile">false</security>
 
If the file is already available when uploading, CuteEditor won't allow the file is uploaded.
 
You can set it to true if you want to disable this feature.

 

Please note that you can programmatically set this property.
