Error "Failed to load Menus!" on Mozilla firefox 3.0

some time when i work in Mozilla firefox 3.0 it throws the error "Failed to load Menus!" . i am not sure about the test cases.

but odd times it giving me the message.

any idea when does this message raise and why?

as i said i am not sure about the reproducing sequence it comes whenever the page load on which
cute editor resides. if you can tell me the reason for that message to come i can go and debug i mean
i can see that message is there in one of the js file Cuteeditorimplementation.js
