Try this, place the folder (Themes) inside attachedtobaby.com
So path will be like this:
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\attachedtobaby.com\Themes\default\Skins\View-ForumGroupView.ascx

The way my site is setup I have to go through the attachedtobaby.com\wwwroot\ path.

Any other ideas? :)
