First I would like to say that you have a great product.  Good job.

I have an issue with my trial version of Cute Editor NET.  I am storing and retrieving HTML in SQL and displaying it with CE.  Things work fine in IE but I have an inconsistent problem with FireFox 1.5.0.

Most of the time FireFox will disable my CE text area.  The toolbar will continue to insert information like "emotions" but I cannot delete or add text directly into the text area in normal or HTML mode.

If I play with the toolbar long enough it will occasionally make the text area active again.

If you have any insight or fix on this issue please let me know.

I did find one way to enable the textarea while viewing in FireFox.  When I select "Normal" instead of the default "Paragraph" style from the dropdown it then allows me to edit the text.

Any support on how I can fix this when CE is loaded would be greatly appreciated; otherwise I cannot go live.

My issue happens on every CE page including your site.  I assume it is a problem with my computer due to the fact that I cannot replicate it on the same network with a different computer.

The JavaScript message in the JavaScript Console may help.

 

To check the message, select Tools > JavaScript Console and make sure it is set to display “All” or “Errors”. Select the browser window again and load a page that contains CuteEditor. Take a look at the list of JavaScript errors.
