I downloaded the CuteChat product that integrates with CommunityServer 2.0 and have it integrated with my site.

 

My current site has multiple forums and CuteChat creates a separate channel or room for each forum. Is there a way to force CuteChat to always use the same channel and prevent multiple channels from being created?   

You could create a lobby in the administration page .

Ad that add the link (CuteSoft_Client]CuteChat\CH_MainForm.Aspx?Location=Lobby&LocationId=?) into forum's skin file .
