Removing Chat Lobby dropdown list from Chat Screen

Hi guys, I want to know if there is a way to remove the drop down list with all of the Chat Lobbies from the actual chat room screen?

Any help would be really appreciated.

Choose the configuration tab and set "Show Room List" to false.
