Connection Failed.: Check CuteChat General License Failed

One user get this error message. However other users not reporting the problem. what could be wrong?

"Connection Failed.: Check CuteChat General License Failed : The license for CuteChat is not valid or evaluation copy has expired"

Did he/she use the same URL to access the CuteChat as the other users?
