How do I disable certain elements in a context menu?

Example: How would I disable only the "EDIT > Fit To Window" element in the Editing Context menu?

Bensch,

In the current version, you can only disable the a group of the context menu.

Would be an awesome update... Especially since you can turn off the Menu Button's it would be nice to have the ability to turn off context menu items as well..
