Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_Chat_Active_Online'

Hi there,

    I have installed the evaluation version of CuteChat on our WebServer and whenever I join a chat room, I get a message: Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_Chat_Active_Online'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'Chat_Active_Online'.

    However, before joining the channel, the SQL table Chat_Active_Online is completely empty. Do any of you have any idea why this happens?

Chris,

Have you finished this step?

Execute SQLScripts\cutechat2.sql against your existing database or create a new database. In the example below, the DB is called 'SamplePortal'

Grant your login access to the new database.
Open your SQL Server Query Analyzer from within Enterprise Manager.
Once you have successfully connected to your SQL Server within query analyzer, open and execute the Chat SQL file(SQLScripts\cutechat2.sql, SQLScripts\1_CreateTables.sql and SQLScripts\2_CreateDefaultData.sql) against your database.

Hi Adam,

Yes, I have completed this step, as well as the others in the installation intructions. The SQL database itself is up and working, However, sometimes when I'm joining the channel (there's only one for the moment), I get the error message I pasted in my previous message.
The table Chat_Active_Online is fine, it is empty as it should be when there's nobody in any channels. So, if it is empty, how can the PK constraint be violated? Only if someone (or some script) attempts to insert the same entry (or at least two entries with the same PK value) twice.
