Hi,

 

I get the following error when I enter the chat room.

connection failed: Header: ranetype not send

server side system exception

at CuteSoftChat.RaneRaneContexta()

 

Anybody know what could cause this?

 

 I am using

O/s: Windows 98, Internet Explorer 6.

This problem does not occur on Windows xp nor Windows 2000

It's strange. We've tested this on Window 98 and it works OK.

 

We will investigate this issue and get back to you as soon as possible.
