 I've deployed the editor. The simple configuraton doesn't match the one shown on the live demo:

The toolbars don't have the "raised" look and they are broken up across several more lines. I can easily fix the items being on different lines, but cannot figure out how to get the raised look for the toolbars. Am I missing something simple, like a stylesheet or something?

Your site access this file http://nostalgiagear.com/vader/admin/aspedit/cuteeditor_files/Themes/Office2007/Style.asp not correct, this is why you got the wrong format style. By default, it should loads the style like http://www.cutesoft.net/asp/cuteeditor_files/Themes/Office2007/style.asp.
