When we insert an image using InsertImageSelector dialog to the Editor, can we get height & width of image and customize them.

 var myImg = new Image() ;
 myImg.src = "..." ;
 alert(myImg.height) ; alert(myImg.width) ;
 myImg.height = 500 ;
 myImg.width =  600 ;
