Cute Chat not displaying in our web page - urgent!

For some reason Cute Chat isn't showing up on our webpage - was working fine up until this morning, and we haven't made any changes to the site. I am led to believe there must be a problem with the license file, although the circumstances are strange (message in source code says "license for CuteMessenger is not valid, you are using a trial license and the trial period has expired" = but we are using CuteChat, and not CuteMessenger???). Or is it perhaps a problem currently being experienced by your server? Many thanks.

It's a license issue I think.

If you have purchased the product, please copy the official license file to your project bin folder.

If not, please use the following trial license file:

Have purchased the product, and had updated the license file (with Cute Chat).

We are using Cute Chat, but the error message within the code is wrt Cute Messenger...

Do we need to update both files, as Karen only sent us the licensed version for CuteChat?

It's strange. If you use cute chat only, you can just delete the web messenger licence file.

Is your site online? If so, can you send the URL to me so I can test it?
