If i use embed messenger, then the page can't be scroll. Then can't see the contents of the page.

 

But if i install standard  web messenger, it works great.  

 

I noticed that sample on the website has same problem.

Is there any way to solve this problem?

I am having the same problem. I have embeded the messenger in with Community Server and whenever I click the messanger icon it opens the messanger window inside the page and doesn't allow me to go to other web pages. Is there a way to have the messanger pop open in another window so the user can still browse the site?

I got the answer for the cute support. and it works for me. Hopefully it works for anybody who has same problem

 

Open EmbedMessenger.css(ROOT"CuteChat"CuteSoft_Client"CuteChat"EmbedMessenger.css), goto line 257 and delete ’ overflow:hidden;’
