Adam,
Have you actually tried what you are saying? Every one of the SWFs load as 200x200 even when width and height are EMPTY.
When you do this with FrontPage, FrontPage defaults the dimensions to the correct width and height of the SWF.
I've uploaded contacts_1.swf as an example. It is 607 width and 496 height.
Yet, no matter what I do, CE loads it at 200x200, even if I "EMPTY" the width and height.
Can you please show me a screenshot of you doing it and getting the load at orginal dimensions?
Also, requiring someone to delete the width and height values is not intuitive, Adam. You need a button or something that says "Use original dimensions"
Why doesn't the width and height default to the actual SWF width and height? That's what happens with images.
And the other problem is still there, of course: You cannot resize the object unless you first click into the SWF to activate the control, then click outside the SWF, then click back into the SWF to select it, then do the resizing.
This is all in IE7, by the way.
