I just purchased and attempted to implemented the Cute Editor in a IIS 6.0 ASP.NET 4.0 environment and I get the following dialog box when the page loads.  I have double and triple checked the implementation details, license, dll -> bin files, client files, webconfig settings, etc. 

It works fine in my development environment -> localhost. 

Please advise.
