We use the live support with the supervisor CSR having a 9" Doublesight USB monitor.  The app runs over there and when needed they drag it over to their main screen.   This cause a spike in CPU usage (the last I saw was 65% from 1-5% normally) and then a while of lag time until the screen catches up.  Has anyone else seen this problem.  Thanks
