We have purchased a 10 domain license a few months ago but did not have a final domain list. A temporary license was given to us.
Our temporary license ran out 3 weeks ago and we have been repeatedly tried getting a new license. Not one reply. This is not good customer service. If emails are not working my phone number is at the bottom of all my correspondance - a phone call would have been polite.
We have also tried adding a domain to the list in an attempt to expedite the license to no avail.
Please can this be sorted or we will be asking for our money back.
