I am getting the following error just after a file has been uploaded:

 

We do not get the error on localhost - only when deployed to a server. We've been issued with 2 .lic files now from your support team but both have the same issue.

 

The web.config is setup corrected - both the IIS5/6 and 7 sections. We've 100% checked that there is only 1 .lic on the entire server's hard disk, and we've restarted both IIS and the physical machine several times.

 

The .lic file in is the web applications BIN directory - it is an IP license

 

The only thing we can think that may be causing it is that our site uses dynamic domains - however all the domains that use the AjaxUploader component are on the same physical server, and that server only has 1 IP address.

 

We'd really appretiate some assistance on this as we've been unable to test the license since purchasing it last week.

It is an IP license that we have purchased, specifically because we will be using multiple subdomains.
