hanging problem with the live support

Dear sir,

I have got a problem with the live support, when clients get on the system, the system hangs and rejects to get them in to the chat and the have to re-enter aganin and again.

please i want a solution for the big problem

Please download the Cute Live Support standalone version and install it on your server.

If you have problems with it, please catch the error message so we can analyze it for you.
