Toolbars not displaying for editor using ASP.NET 2.0

I recently converted a project to ASP.NET 2.0 and everything works so far except the toolbars in the CuteEditor for .NET do not display. Any clues?

Are you using the latest version 5.2?

If not, please upgrade to the version 5.2.
