Obviously the people that created the product don't care that this is occuring.  Not even a ''I can't reproduce the error''  reply has been given.  I find it hard to believe that us two are the only people experiencing this.  Has this, or does it happen to anyone else??

Same problem here, except the descriptions get erased too.  Any Answer to this?????

My descriptions erase without the upload or build batch buttons being availaible for people.  It's very frustrating to pull your page up and find that the gallery is empty, yet the xml file is present, but without decriptions.   Is this a bug? It has happened several times already.
